This German Solyanka soup has a hearty, savory, tad bit spicy, and wee bit sour flavor profile that makes it an incredibly comforting, satisfying experience.

Ingredients :
– 100 g / 3.5 oz diced Ham
– 300 g / 10.5 oz beef meat
– 80 g / 2.8 oz sliced Polish kabanosy sausage
– 150 g / 5.3 oz bacon
– 150 g / 5.3 oz pickled cucumbers
– 100 g / 3.5 oz diced onion
– 80 g / 2.8 oz sliced carrot
– 100 g / 3.5 oz diced red bell pepper
– 50 g / 1.8 oz sliced celery stalk
– 60 g / 2.1 oz sliced green olives
– 3 large garlic cloves
– 200 ml / 7 fl oz tomato pulp
– 40 g / 1.4 oz tomato paste
– 150 ml / 5.4 fl oz pickled cucumber water
– 40 ml / 1.4 fl oz vegetable oil
– 1 bay leave
– 2 tsp salt
– 3 l / 105 fl oz water
– 1 l / 35 fl oz vegetable stock
